Why RIPFight?
Compete. Sweat. Have a good time.
There’s something different about competing physically against another person. You have to read their movement, attack, defend, react and adapt.
That’s part of what makes combat sports exciting. But plenty of people enjoy training and physical competition without wanting to get punched or step into a fight.
RIPFight is another outlet: a game that brings together some of the intensity, movement and defensive mechanics of combat with a completely different objective.

It feels like a fight. But the objective isn’t to hurt your opponent — it’s to outplay them.
How it works
Simple objective. A lot can happen.
01
Wear Your Rips
Players wear detachable targets — called Rips — positioned around the body.
02
Attack & Defend
Protect your Rips while trying to capture your opponent’s using movement, timing, positioning, defense and strategy.
03
Outplay Them
Speed and strength help, but they aren’t enough. Read the person in front of you and figure out how to beat them.
More than exercise
A workout with someone trying to stop you.
This isn’t standing next to someone while you both exercise. You’re competing against them.
You’re moving, reacting, defending, changing direction and creating openings. A few rounds can become an intense full-body workout without feeling like another exercise routine.

Competition + community
Come alone. Leave knowing people.
RIPFight is competitive, but it should also be a good time. Play different opponents. Learn their styles. Get rematches. Talk afterward. Come back and play again.
Part of what I’m interested in building is a place where active men can compete, exercise and build relationships through physical play.

Early stage
Help shape a new sport.
RIPFight is still in development. I have working prototypes and I’m bringing more people into the game to learn what works and what needs to change.
We’re testing rules, equipment, target positions and different styles of play. The people playing now will help shape what RIPFight becomes.
